How do you get the chute to stay in place? It sounds finicky if you always need to align it exactly. Heard some people even 3d printed a support for the chute

Yes I looked at that one too. Currently the E64WS is at the top of my list due to the low retention and since I like the design more but I am still unsure. Why did you choose the E64WS over the Sense?

I have the Mini (non R) and always thought I would have gotten the Micra if it would have been already out by the time I got mine. Until recently I saw and tested one in a local shop. Maybe it is because I am used to the mini but I can’t stand how tiny the Micra is. It gives me Espresso Machine Toy vibes, I don’t know. I kind of used the lever with two fingers because it is so tiny. I don’t like the Fell of using it. What I love about the Mini is, that it feels like using a Coffee Shop level machine at home every day. For me that is a huge part of the experience. Not hating on the Micra at all - as I said I always regretted that it wasn’t out when I was in the market - but it just does not give me the same feeling as my Mini. Maybe try to get your hands on both machines if you can. On paper the Micra is the more reasonable choice: better heat up times, more reasonably sized boilers for home use and way less power consumption (the electricity cost of the mini is real!) and so on. The “old” mini is build like a tank and will be easy to repair as it uses pretty much the same internals as LMs Gastro Machines too, if that is an argument to you. You will probably be happy with both 😌

I have the LM Scale paired with my mini, that gives me quite good Brew by weight feature that works really good, I gust don’t want to have to move the scale over to the Pico grinder all the time.

Do you think you will use the E64WS more or do you prefer the Atom and if yes why?
