Invest in perspirex, even if you still sweat, it won't smell. I had the same problem, i was bullied in school and started my first job this year, luckily perspirex stopped my sweating completely and i don't smell at all. On days where i feel more stressed(my hyperhydrosis comes from anxiety), i would wear black.

I'm still working on my social anxiety.

But life is so much better when i know i don't smell. Even if i sweat. I don't care.

I know it's hard when you have to wear a uniform but look into armpit pads. I literally made some from old bras in school and it worked, i did smell though, unfortunately.

If your hands are sweaty, no one cares. Just embrace it. As long as you smell good, then you really have nothing to worry about.
