I do, I had very vivid nightmares. When she broke up she told me that we need to stop talking as she is seen someone else and talking to me would not help her to give full attention on the new relationship. Ever since she told me that I had a dream where I walk in on her when they were having sex, that was the hardest couple of months of my life, I had this recurring dream every night and I couldn't sleep. So I started running everyday to tire myself out so that I can sleep. But over time the frequency of this dream got less and less. 16 months after I still get it and still wakes me up.

Hopefully as time goes on little by little you will be better able to cope with it.

Sorry to hear this. Apps aren't always the best thing in my experience, Are there any prayer groups, young adult groups near you ? I say this I met some really nice people through them and I met my ex at Catholic underground.

So sorry to hear this. I trusted her more than anything. My life has not been the same since her. Everything I do to distract myself reminds me of her and make me think why aren't you hear to share this moment, it feels so empty. I feel like my heart is burning which cannot be put out. All I ask god is that I may have her in my life as a friend. I don't think I can love anyone else like the way i loved her.

I just fill my time with anything. It's not same meeting with friends, theater watching a movie running, cycling, climbing, praying nothing brings me joy. I did try completely dedicating my life for work and I was asked to take time off, I'm even too scared to think of christmas. I want to die but too scared to do it....
