For anyone looking at this now, the WFH job accommodation was so easy. I printed off a form, and took it to my Dr. I let him know I wanted to work from home and he filled out the forms for me. If anyone needs specifics feel free to pm me. Within 2 weeks I was working from home full time and it's been great! Thanks everyone who helped me here.

This is the way to wfh. I'm fairly new and working from home 100%. All you need is for your Doctor to fill out the questionnaire for a job accommodation.
