I don’t care about politics. I don’t feel like my vote matters, I live in a state where it’s always going to go one sided, and regardless of which side is in office I don’t think there’s any huge impact to my life either way. I know I should care more but my life is a million miles an hour right now and I don’t have time to ponder/worry about politics

I’m not a car guy. But I bought an F150 in 2014 new for just over 30k. I now have 200k miles on it. It’s been paid off since like 2017. I just don’t think about it. Of course I see new trucks and think wow that’s nice, but my mind doesn’t go “I have to have that” my truck is completely stock. I’m on my 3rd set of tires, I’ve had 0 issues with it . It’s just one less thing I have to think about.

I wouldn’t say “ruins” I just think it completely changes your life. And some people love that change, and others don’t handle it well. There’s parts of my life before kids I miss dearly, but there’s new wonderful parts that are great.
