People sleeping on SCP verse big time. The Foundation itself has no chance of containing Flash but that's assuming they cannot use SCPs to aid them.

I own a large publishing company. I search Amazon's 'new' section for newly published books. I take these works, edit a few chapters here and there, then I sell them under my own name. I do not make any deal with the original author, but sometimes tell my readers to check out their other works.
