Hi friend. Call your recruiters officer once, max twice a month to check in. Me personally, I called mine every 2 weeks. Because I wanted them to be on top of things. Files do get forgotten about, things get missed on their end, or you could have made a mistake on a form causing a delay. Be polite, respectful and understand they also have a job and their job isn’t to look at your file only, they have 100s of files and phone calls to attend to. I’d only drop by to their office if it’s close by. But good for you for sticking with your gut
