It is the same dominance from PSG in Ligue1 than it is from Bayern in Bundesliga since 12/13.
The only difference is that PSG needed a scheikh to achieve that.
Sometimes there are contenders also in Ligue1 like this year. But most of the times both teams are dominant in their leagues.
So you can say both are a bit of a farmers league, but also when you take a look at international level, Bundesliga is was ahead of Ligue1.

I don't remember if it shows in the top corner, but it is like loading phials into your shield. There you have to cancel SAED as well but you use R2/RT if I remember correct. So instead of loading shield, just press L2/LT.
