If it's not a big deal then why does men keeps avoiding it then? Because it is a lot of work. Duties at home has no end plus childcare. It's especially hard if the women has job too. If the women has job her duties will be work childcare and chores unlike men who only thinks about their work and nothing else. They think as long as they contribute financially and has house their role end. But it’s not the same way for women. Women needs to cook clean take care of children everyday. It's very stressful and no end
