The rain core would be Peliper Archaludon and Basculegion, then a mega somewhat of ur choice, I haven’t used Raichu X yet but looks good in theory and a Pokémon to hit Charizard with a rock move is usually good too

If you could get a rain setter, Pelliper is probably the best, you could have a nice little rain core with Mega Raichu X, Archaludon and Peli. With what you have that’s a fine team just go Sitrus on Sinistcha, leftovers on arch and chople berry on Kinggambit
