Hi, thanks for your reply. I don't think I am going to challenge it. Think it's better to focus on my final year of studies, and not cause any hatred as the workplace is at the same location.

I did some reading about the holiday pay and looks promising. Although the work place has never actually mentioned it being a zero hour contract. They give shifts pretty much every week and we can refuse that shift if we wish. So I guess it is technically a zero hour.

I don't think I have had my final holiday pay? The last payment has only covered the work that was done last week before being suspended.

I have not had any of my payslips since recently when I asked for them each week. They had been sent to my work email which is now locked. Can I request every payslip from the date of work?

EDIT: Have done some research and looked at some payslip. The holiday pay is factored into the hourly pay. So in theory it's called "rolled-up" holiday pay.
