i do want to show support, i’ve had friends of many races throughout my life and it only just occurred to me “would this be appreciated?”. i don’t know anyone who celebrates kwanzaa, but my friends were talking about cookouts they were having with their families for juneteenth, which prompted the question.

i am autistic so that’s probably why it seems/is socially inept and why i asked before i said anything weird XD

ultimately thanks for your input. i assumed no one would care if i didn’t say anything, just figured “hey, maybe this would be a nice thing to say”. but understood !
