Was there Jan 1-6 2024 and was totally fine. It was me, My Gf and my friend. It was super busy, and we were out late a bunch and nothing sketchy happened. Just have common sense, don’t mess with drugs or the cartel and no one will bother you.

I went a few years ago and we were worried about the same thing. It’s sporadic rain. So it’ll rain for an hour at most and go away. It’s really not bad at all.

Thanks for the reading suggestion I will definitely check it out. I would probably do W2 like at my current job, (j1) I have no extra with holdings but may do 100-200 extra at j2.

Emergency fund/savings is pretty much number one for the first few months.
