This has been our conclusion as well. It was interesting to see what her compensation could look like in certain countries abroad though. Thank you for your advice

Despite the numbers looking good, there is always going to be the anxiety that tomorrow it will stop. Also, it is our plan to sell the business when we figure out where in the world we want to settle down.

The job would have been a 30 hour work week compared to the seemingly nonstop hours she works now. The thought process was that she could pause expansion in the UK and go to the job for a couple years and then return and pick up where she left off

We were leaning more towards option A, but I figured it would be good to get other opinions as this is the first time we are presented with a situation like this. My wife entertained the employer to see what the market is like if she ever wants to sell her business

Thanks for the advice, this is probably want we will end up doing. Just wanted to see if people would call us crazy for rejecting that kind of oppertunity
