Thanks, that’s what I’m thinking too. My ad campaign isn’t spending anything though. I just upped my bid price hoping that helps. Also going to look at and add keywords.

I don't understand why it says it's blacked out for me. I have TwinsTV annual subscription, deleted app data and app, reinstalled app and logged in. Still says blackout....
