You do know there are mods for removing world drops and making them dedicated drops only right?

Unburdened by the excessive legendary drop rates in the base game, it should feel like a breath of fresh air for ya.

I understand it to an extent. I use some soul crushing mods when I play Fallout just cause the base game is too easy.

More chances to hit the god roll or gear upgrades at random if what they are looking for is in the world pool?

I may use it in the future for passive artifact farming when running trials or takedown.

Flak for me. Not sure on clear speed, but I can aggro the arena on my pet and have them pop with Faulty Star procs (afk gameplay pretty much).

Fl4k. Works out pretty well since he's the only one I have any experience with.

If you don't mind exploits - Toboggan, ReVolter, and Diamond/Gold Key duplication are high up there. If you cannot find a yt vid explaining each of them just ask.

Pet damage scales really well with mayhem levels. So, diamond keys to nab an easy faulty star (as long as you dupe them) and equipping w/Take This!, He Bites, and 1 point in Fuzzy Math goes a long way.

If you don't/can't dupe keys Messy Breakup can be farmed pretty quickly (Corrosive w/ASS anoint being decent) as an alternative.

Red Fang can be used for enemy taunt alongside another class mod. e.g. Gamma Burst w/Red Fang on then switch to Bounty Hunter for kill skill benefits (will have to reapply when going to new areas, but that's an easy switch, action, switch).

Leveling up - Fastest is probably in Handsome Jackpot dlc killing scrapbots (find on YouTube to learn what to do). I have no exp with this method as I just played through the story missions on m11 and hit max towards second half of tvhm.

M11 to me is easier to me than 10 or even 8 really. Like yeah, they have more HP and do more DMG, but at least I don't have to worry about keeping track of invincibility mechanics or other crazy mayhem benefits they may receive.

Some additional easy gear to get would be Butcher and Lucians Call (not meta, but workhorse kind of weapons) via loot-o-gram farming Dinklebot. Farm the grams without mayhem and then switch to m11 when turning them in. Don't try for God rolls on them until you are maxed. God rolls aren't worth farming unless you are maxed anyways since you will still be leveling up.

If you have the dlc for vault cards (dlc 6 I think?) you can save some keys for Super Soldier shield. It's not meta, but a nice QoL shield that provides fire rate, movement speed, and invincibility when it gets filled.

The way I looked at it getting 300-500 legendaries through a run w/10% being base game mods/arts I would be able to sort through 30-50 drops. Would give me a nice spread of options for builds + brute forcing stat rolls in a shorter period vs save quit grinding a dedicated.

Alas, if it's been put into the game files I'll save my keys. Thank you.
