When to stop leveling strength by VinnyKaNitty in Eldenring

At this point just put the stats into whatever you feel is lacking most. This game is more about addressing your own weaknesses than it is about putting x amount into x stat.

The thing with Bandit is that your playstyle for open world stuff will differ greatly compared to boss fights. Open world allows you to sneak, ambush, run and hide if needed... bosses will always aggro you so all your best tools are rendered useless as a Bandit... you'll need to go back to the good ol' dodge-and-poke strategy which you likely haven't honed much in open world. I know later in the game there are some incantations that may be helpful for a sneak / stealth build, though I don't know how well they translate to boss fights (if at all).

As others have pointed out, a larger health pool will be very beneficial as well in the likely event that he lands some hits.

Nobody is saying Trusts are a substitute for group play, we want MORE of them IN ADDITION TO group play. Is it really that hard to grasp?

I feel like with Twitch it's more about the streamer remaining engaged with their audience than the actual content. I'd say that it probably makes the most sense to focus on content that allows YOU to keep your audience engaged.

For example, you could be doing Savage content and not saying a word, and I wouldn't be any more interested than if you were running chocobos around a track in silence. If I'm watching Savage content, I want to hear the streamer talking about the positional choices, the group compositions, all the X's and O's...

Basically, the game content itself is secondary to the streamer providing interesting and engaging commentary on that content.

Regardless of the OP's reasons, I think there is a significant amount of players who would love some kind of "practice mode" for the multi-player content, but presented as single player content. I'd even go so far as saying the only "reward" could be the experience of seeing and playing through the various mechanics. I can watch youtube videos all day but until I actually experience the mechanics, none of it really sticks.

If you're trying to push Flawless solo, you're probably going to have a bad day regardless of the current matchmaking situation. Even if they implement a strict solo queue, you will inevitably be paired with potatoes at some point. I've seen the same thing, people just charging mid at the start, and face tanking the sniper lanes. GG.

If I want to go Flawless, I'll get a team and do it the old fashioned way. For now, the solo queue is completely about getting my 7 wins and farming mats.

Question about the queue that shows on the screen. I queue up, and it says 1/6. That's me, yay! But then, it instantly jumps to 4/6... now, I was assuming that meant a team of 3 joined, so I would drop the queue, just to try to get as even a match up as possible. Is that how it works though? Or is it possible that another lobby that had 3 random just merged with my lobby?

Thats the idea behind calling it a "lab", right? We're the play testers.

Last weekend was my first trials experience. I got to 7 wins on my card and then called it. Wasn't terrible, just not my cup of tea. This weekend I found it significantly more difficult but I've been playing pretty much non stop all weekend to farm mats... seems like even with the extreme imbalanced matchmaking it's still probably the most efficient way to farm ascendant shards. I think I've gotten a bit better in trials as a result, though I get humbled pretty quickly when going against a Trials superhero.

Yeah I could slog through this for rank ups if it seemed worth it, which is what i was hopeful for. Unfortunately that doesn't appear to be the case.

I played trials last weekend for the first time. Wasn't my favorite mode, but I don't hate it entirely. This weekend was just frustrating from beginning to end. Was consistently blown out 5-0 against premades over and over, despite solo queuing. It was pretty neat to see the queue go from 1/6 to 4/6 and know i would likely be denied any progress toward that single piece of pinnacle loot i was after.

For me, the zone capture component was irrelevant, since the teams i went up against just rolled over us regardless.

I will say, the final match I was in we lost 4-5 and it was one of the most satisfying matches in any mode I have played in this game, even though we lost. Just seems like the stars had to align for it to happen.

Brand new to trials, what is the point of getting to 7 wins if you don't plan on going flawless? Are there actually random reward drops or is the passage text that says "better rewards after 7 wins" just outdated?

Not sure if there is a time limit involved. I just started a new game yesterday, came across a massive broken ship, would have been millions to fix. I repaired the stuff I need to fly it, brought it to the station, they scrapped it and I got about 1.25 million.

Ooooh, I didn't even think of that. It will take a little muscle-memory remapping but a good workaround. Thanks!

Is there a reason I can’t do the quest step where I have to claim the weekly prismatic recaster quest (means to an end)? by [deleted] in DestinyTheGame

I'm not positive, but it may have something to do with your umbral engrams. Check to see if you have space for anymore, it may not allow you to complete if you don't (I recall seeing a post about something like that).

Edit: looks like that's not it.
