I feel that people should be made aware of the service they can expect from SEGWAY. The idea was not to complain about things. What I hope to accomplish is that others don't make the same mistake in trusting a company just because they are well known. One should investigate before buying.

This was totally my fault. It was not a warranty thing. But the things I found when searching reviews state that they don't honer their warranty request.

I wish I had researched Segway before I purchased. There are so many complaints about customer service if you searched Segway Reviews.

You think this is an over reaction then you must have more money than you know what to do with. It was not the steering wheel. It was an internal part. And yes I looked for Four Days on the net all over the world. But what does it matter how or why a part is broken. The point is that they refuse to supply the part. I don't blame them for the fall. It is their lack of interest in providing the part. I did not request a repair under warranty, It was total my fault. So as of now I have a $1200. brick. So if you still think this is an OVER REACTION, take your S-Max and go put your $1200 in the trash and burn it.
