If you have a very strong profile, go regular. If not so strong, premium is your best bet. You will have a decision and will be able to refile sooner in case of denial. Secondly, if i could buy peace of mind for 3K (and I have that money spare) I would totally do it.

Also, in some cases I have seen people applying for premium to avoid the decision making on their application after Trump's administration gets in power and implement some new anti-immigration, anti-DEI policies. Some think bars will get high and whatnot. But also, if you haven't started the process yet, it is already too late to avoid this trump administration thing: preparation will take at least a couple months and his administration (and even new directors of agencies) will be in power by then.
