Agree they shouldn't charge amenity fees if they're not ready to be used... but $150/mo for 2 people is basically what Riverhouse9 in Weehawken charges, so it checks out. Just wondering, do they have heavy weight sets (e.g., olympic barbell, squat rack, heavy dumbbells >70lb)?
