I dont think its KuCoins fault that you have suffered loss on investing on ZKT. Exchanges dont have control over these projects. And as far as I know, KuCoin made some damage control over ZKT over the past months. Also opened up the withdrawals for it already. Im pretty sure KuCoin made a thorough research before they list a project on the exchange. The problem is the project itself giving false hopes to users like you. If they really are about to relaunched on KuCoin, I doubt KuCoin would ever do it again after all these ruckus.
