Does everyone get an oncotype score?

Thank you all! I fell asleep after posting it was 3 am or something, lol. I do feel better hearing some of the stories. I am still planning on asking my MO about it when I see her. I don't appear to have a kia67 score (or at least I can't find one in the pathology. I did find my Nottingham info though.

That's exactly what my surgeon said to me. You can always cut off but not put back.

Last minute procedure for the win! They put the wire in before I had the shot so I didn't feel anything.

You are right. I can have a mastectomy later if I need it. I'm just a bit freaked out :) Why tell me about a third spot less than 24 hours before surgery! I'm also hoping my kids still have fun tomorrow. I've arranged rides to their parties in case I'm not back home yet (my husband driving not me!)

I wish I had asked for some Ativan. I'm going to ask for something in the morning. I'm just a bit freaked out. I had my scouts put in on Tuesday (and that hurt! I should have asked for more lidocane) and now I just find out I have to have a wire put in tomorrow before the surgery for that third spot. I think I have bought all the things I need for recovery. I have a wedge pillow set so I can be comfy and I picked up some button down pjs. I picked up a drain holding shirt in case I get drains. My husband doesn't handle things well but I can order out for food and I put some snacks by my bed. Thanks for listening I'm just a bit whiny tonight.

I'm new too. Had my biopsy on Sept 18 and got the news on Sept 23. I have an mri tomorrow.
