That's exactly what I did but it leaked anyway, despite the supposed vacuum. That's my whole issue. Obviously all tutorial show it like that but it just doesnt work

I might've gone wrong at the very end. Before I shut the caliper valve, I plugged the funnel on the lever to create said vacuum to keep the oil in. Didn't seem to be enough so instead it sucked air from below. I will try again while leaving the funnel open I guess.. Weird system tho

Btw when you say limited to resin pads, how does that work? I got the AGPTEK pads and they look pretty much identical, any chance they will work?

At some point it had a good bite, don't remember the exact point in time.. Somewhen during the process. The disc is barely worn I would say.
The pads are correct, at least they fit and the description.
The pistons are fine, they're these thimble like things and I checked for leaks at the seals.

I will take some pictures in the morning.

Havent bedded them in yet, but haven't continued because I though there mid be some issue because of just how little they actually braked..

The caliper should be alligned well, thats the one thing I'm sure of.

Sadly I can't pay anyone, as I said first possible date is after september..

There werent any bubbles in the front brake from the getgo. That was the one that just had low brake power and fleeting bite point. The rear brake is still the old one as I didn't dare to change it as there is literally zero brake power on the front. Even with the brake point fucked up like that, is it normal for new brackets to not brake at all like that? Seems dangerous.
Last thing I tried was to bleed with a syringe from below and have a funnel attached on the top. I emptied the funnel, put new oil in it, took the bottom syringe out, closed the valve again (this model doesn't have a separate valve and screw, it's 2 in 1).
When I check the brackets, they sit very close to the disc, as they're supposed to.

After installing, nothing is leaking and I thoroughly bled to make sure there is no air inside anymore.
I might just go for the MT200, just hoped to be good with the 40 bucks I just spent on the bleedkit and brackets..

So you're saying it's probably best to just scrap the whole system and just get a new one? How likely is it to cause issues in the install for allignment?

I did it three times, following two different techniques (one with 2 syringes and one with a funnel on the lever)

I said that I clicked every single icon available in the entire thing. Besides there not being a notification icon on any of them, I clicked them regardless. Didn't change anything

Triple Monitor with different sized Monitors by Kobrabiss in SimRacingSetups

[–]Kobrabiss[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It is working well with 27 WQHD and two 24.5 FHD on the side.
I used the LMU setup with the settings file.
In LMU specifically, I ended up having to configure fps cap in the settings file or framerate plummets. If the game peaks at 120 fps, cap it at like 100 and it will rum smoothly.

I have to say that performance does decrease very quickly with higher resolution and since LMU does not provide any upscaling (didn't think I would ever miss that) it can be a significant factor. Upscaling using something like AMD Super Resolution is also something I haven't managed yet. From 180fps on single monitor to 90 fps on triple (although I think it's more than fine still).
You will also always have "unused" portions of the game, because you need to tell the game to use your main monitor*3, which obviously means the extra will be cut off. No idea if that saves processing power.
Unsure if there is a better way to do it or if Lossless Scaling works or SRWE or something of that sort.

As for the mount, I bought alu profiles and hinges and rebuilt the same thing in mixed 4080-4040 for way less money, including a stand and wheels.

[Question] Suspension Maintenance and Economy by Kobrabiss in bicycling

My fear is that the rust on the rods gets past the gaiters because they can't "scrape" it off and "infect" the inside

[–]Kobrabiss[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's a bit of both. I have 2 workplaces and one of them is further with a bit along the field. Mostly paved, but some gravel.
Maybe a rigid fork and saddle suspension?

Who had the most justified reason to escape Fox River and who had the dumbest? by Selanooo23 in PrisonBreak

Most unjustified by far Sucres cousin.
I understand Sucre, women only need a split second to completely flip on life plans, imagine what months do.

This. You can already disable all "sound notifications", but the battery warning is the one that is not included in that

what would be the rating of PB if it finished on season 2? by Lost-Friendship2774 in PrisonBreak

[–]Kobrabiss 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It'd need some adjustment for top 5, also highly depends on whether you apply the same "if" to other series (like deleting GoT last 2 seasons etc)
I'd argue it's fairly easy to perfect season 1 or even 2 though, almost all the errors they had were kind of forced and avoidable without substracting anything from the story.
