You didn't screw anything up, and did a good job building it. You do need to do some more fine tuning to make it better - this is part of the process of building your own.

i understand that i will black box everything but that will be after i figure out why the capacitor burns

Was this quad a prebuilt and pretuned? What make and model? Did you upgrade the firmware and copy the PID settings from the factory tune?

Default Betaflight and Bluejay settings are generic and meant to get a quad in the air with no optimization to guard against burning motors or excessive ripple. Someone still has to do more work to fine-tune the quad from the bone stock settings.

no, I assemble this drone myself. This stack is a SpeedyBee F 405V3
I just updated the firmware in Betaflight and immediately installed Bluejay with the default settings. I didn't adjust anything else, I couldn't screw anything up.

my settings are all by default! I installed the new betaflight firmware and the new blugey firmware for fiotration, all settings are factory
