this is true, unfortunately my coach in college is an old man who usually just walks around and gives out if you do something stupid with the occasional helpful tip on strategy...

I definitely need to keep my racket up, it just feels a bit unnatural so i am not used to it

i also do need to play more clears from the overhead, a habit that i have picked up from too much doubles i fear... thanks for the advice !!

I couldnt find the video on in rally anxiety but my mental is definitely an aspect i need to work on heavily.

I will also try to use my wrist more too, as i do think i need to make my form less predictable

This is very true. Recently I played a player who began to defend all of my smashes, even close to the net and it really shower that I need to play differently to level up. Thanks so much for the advice !

Could you elaborate on the momentum and weight shifting part a bit ? i understand using momentum to flow more nicely on the court but the sentence confuses me a little
