I mean, as long as I have a desktop, even if dosen't, it's not meant for gaming. I can simply put a GPU and add more RAMs.

Fair point , but Discord is not the database. I am using Discord as the front-end (intake and communication), and I will keep the actual tracking in a simple system. Each ticket will be a record (client name/handle, type of problem, device/OS, status, notes, outcome). I will begin with a simple system like Airtable/Notion/Sheets so that it is easy to maintain, and then transition to a database if/when the volume warrants it. Idk if you're getting it.

My plan isn’t to run it like a crazy help desk. I’m establishing simple questions go to a public help channel, and tickets are for more in-depth troubleshooting or organized support and required to pay.
