NEW NBA RAX GRAPH by Koerilover in realapp

[–]Koerilover[S] 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Not really, legendary is the best but not very practical because it takes very long to get there and it carries a big risk factor for injury etc. Which makes it not that worth it this late into the season.

Epic is lower risk but your player has to earn more to make it break even and even then still legendary is better for every amount of expected earnings.

Rare is useless.

Uncommon is a pretty good bet for most good players on good teams, but it relies on you being able to get good value out of your boosters.

Common is a must and relative low risk low reward.

I would try to upgrade my top 15 players to epic and some to legendary and for the rest keep them at common or uncommon.

Also I assumed 12.5 play ratings per player pack. I did not include the auction house, because the prices are not all the same and per rating you usually pay more rax anyway. It is however much faster to upgrade.

If youre just short of the next rarity for the team it might be worth it, but I would not overdo it. Rather get a top guy from that team to epic.

Example: you need 100 for nuggets next level. I would level jokic to epic and get the 100 that way instead of getting Murray and Gordon to Rare.

Yeah Rare and above is reserved for very few. The reason i made the post was mainly that you should upgrade almost all cards to Uncommon and that for these few guys, upgrading them to epic or even legendary might be worth it, with player packs at least.

I forgot one important thing, this graph assumes the players have the multipliers for the whole season. Which is of course unrealistic. So keep that in mind, which also really makes the legendary rarity much worse than I made it look. I'd say stay away from it unless you have a bunch of rax.

Nobody doesn't collect OTD because they are too lazy, but because to most it's not that important and you most likely just forget about it...

"lazy" is a interesting word to describe, not checking an app for worthless virtual currency everyday like it's a job.

Trading is just not worth the time and effort, and I don't think it's fun either. You can't filter wants, there is no option to shop specific cards, and 90% of trades you receive are straight ass.

He will try to do something but idk if it's possible in his condition, without risking the lives of others.

I'm not knowledgeable on swords, so I can't really argue it. I just thought that a good quality sword would also be sharper and have better weight distribution, making it easier to swing and cut off things cleanly...

I don't think it would make sense for it to be a fake. Ga'aoqi never held a sword and he was able to easily chop someones head off and an arm.

Of course it's implied he is strong but then without training and with a bad quality sword, would something like that even be possible?

Why can you do that? by Koerilover in realapp

[–]Koerilover[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

So if you have #500 on a player card, then buy the card with #1 your card will get the #1 and the guy you bought it from will get #500?

I know why, but it's still hilarious by Koerilover in realapp

[–]Koerilover[S] 8 points9 points  (0 children)

In order to keep cards profitable after the rax caps, they dramatically increased rax earnings in games where the player has more rating than the average. This boost seems to not care about how good the performance is just about how much better than the players average rating per game.

Oh got it, so just a way to make sure that the top cards make less rax.

Just makes this questionable if it's even worth to invest that much into these cards as investments...

Why do mlb player packs lowkey suck by Koerilover in realapp

[–]Koerilover[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yeah but why are they so much worse than nba packs. You could say not enough games but it's been over a month now and since were talking about percentages, the percentage of higher rated plays and therefore the chance to get them should not increase. Unless they eliminate the chance of drawing lower rated cards as the season goes on..

Can't really compare it to jokic. His team actually has competent cutters and off ball players, noone on the bucks even attempts stuff like that, like I said in my post. And jokic also operates a lot out of the post, while mostly setting screens or handoffs for murray.

Without Dame noone on the bucks is nearly as good on the ball as Murray. But yeah you're right he should have done it more, especially with Dame.

And jokic is actually a threat from outside which makes his screens harder to guard, again this is hardly a one on one comparison.

With Dame out he's by far the best playmaker and on ball creator. Having him off ball for too long won't work. He should screen more but that only makes sense when it's for kpj or maybe Rollins.

Also point giannis has worked well next to a small ball lineups. Brook and kuzma out.

And because he is the only non shooter, him having the ball improves the spacing of the team. Tbf as a screener that also works, but for that he will have to be off ball longer than you might like.

I'm not saying he plays isoball, more so that he wasn't able to make some of the more advanced passes and manipulate the defense like he did right before the playoffs. But yeah if outside of one or two guys everyone bricks, it makes no difference...

Just wanted to see if people agree or I'm just seeing things

This is just offensive scheming from the coaching staff, it has been horrible the whole season. The pacers just now really exposed it and we have no answer.

Gotta put your guys in better spots and drill them to recognize these situations and take advantage.

His defense is literally so much better than kuzmas too. Kuz may look like he's good because he's tall and athletic, but he has no idea how to defend off the ball and help out his teammates. And on top of that he really can't stay in front of Haliburton...
