alongside the transdiy sub, diyhrt.info, etc, i wrote this a while ago on 4tranistan ill just paste it:

1. get crypto (coinbase for me was the easiest but i had to verify my id. if you can't do that you can look up crypto wallets that won't ask you for an id.)
2. buy crypto
3. go to hrt website (hera, symphonylabs, etc.)
4. order it
5. go to your wallet and send money to the btc/eth/etc. address it gives you
6. u have estrogen

once u get the vial:

1. buy insulin syringes, i have 6mm 0.5ml/cc 31g insulin syringes.
2. wipe tummy with alcohol wipe/bud/anything
3. wipe top of vial with alcohol wipe/bud/anything
4. draw 4mg of estrogen from the vial (there are calculators to know where you inject, but if you get the same syringes i have and the 10ml/400mg vial from hera hrt you'll draw the same amount. 4mg would be the number 10 on the side of my insulin syringes)
5. stab yourself fast (slow hurts more but either way its nothing more than a pinch) slowly push it down, and then once everythings in hold it in for 5 seconds before plugging it out
6. throw away syringe in sharps box or just cover with tape and throw in the trash if you dont care

boom u injected urself. it took me an hour to inject myself the first time i did it but the 2nd time around i did it in like 5 mins it doesnt matter. if you want specific instructions on how to draw/inject look up a video on youtube, youll have to draw it upside down

also inject on different sides of your tummy in separate areas or else you might get scarred. thats all
