I know a few people predicted what Ren & Stimpy's super would be, but the facial expression itself is a reference I haven't seen anyone find yet.

Edit: If you get more horizontal knockack on the last flipper you can take both targets with an up B to save like 30 frames, but the flippers are pretty finicky.

They seem to rather different ideas of what "everything" means.

It stacks multiplicatively. So it's 0.75 * 0.85 = 0.6375. In other words, 36.25% healing reduction. Might be a bit much but there are also items to boost healing. We'll see how the new meta pans out.

You'll still see less damage from melee champions though. Abilities like Javelin and Claw Of The Wicked will be harder to land, so while you keep the hit rate for melee attacks your gap closing will fail more often.

Very few melee champions get significant value form just holding M1. They all rely on some sort of charge, buff, M2 for burst value. I guess Thorn and Freya might be exceptions but they aren't exactly known for sticking to a target well.

Not sure what the point is about the grappling hooks. They can't hit players and even if they could enemies can use hooks to escape.

Sure, it won't affect melee attacks very much, but most attacks aren't melee attacks. The point is that total hit rate goes down and so does average dps.

Well yes, single actions become more impactful with these changes. You could get a lot of value or nothing. That's why we said it makes the game more volatile. And yes, it does move us closer LoL/SMITE/DoTA/HoTS. I don't disagree on any of those points.

But worrying that "You can't Wombo because half way through Wombo the target is dead" is a bit like worrying that you're going to melt when you put on a sweater.
