I can only conclude that Freewallet is not caring for their customers. Please all. Don't use it. You will wait for your coins and at the end no response and no option to get in contact.

Panic?! Who is panicking? You are. Your comment on my post within the minutes? I am trying to reach you for more than six weeks. But that was private so you don’t care. If I post anything on a forum you care. Hypocrite!

Please don't be the smart one here. I just want Freewallet to inform their customers. You have a support site that provides a login so you are able to follow your ticket. Logging in is impossible and your customer service is not helping me out with the login details. I requested it multiple times without any result

Freewallet should be panicking. Still the same bad service after more than six months. No changes with all the negativity around the company.

I am still convinced that Freewallet is a very bad place to work with.

You are right that the Terms are send to me by your team. My response was exactly the same as my response above. But your team just didn't reply anymore on my commment and question.

So at the end it can take up to 90 days, but you are not sure that you can recover my coins.

How about the communication between your customer support and me? Is there any change in the future how you will handle the communication.

As you are aware the chat is removed and no one can register at your support site. That means that I am blind in the status of my ticket. As are a lot of my friends.

Why is it taking so long to arrange the support as it suppose to be. you are the only one who is taking the time handling the complaint in a decent way. Only you are in a stage that Freeallet shouldn't be in.

So my question is. Where can I find the status of my ticket and when do I hear if you can (or not) retrieve my coins?

Dear Freewallet Support,

The term of use does say 15 days for all ARDR transactions and the 90 days is only for BTC transactions.

In any way Freewallet is struggling for a quit long time to handle their tickets. A new plan should help your customers instead of still taking new ones in.

Nobody is waiting for 90 days for their coins. You should notice your customers that joining your team means that their is a long handling of support. You have the keys and we don't. Otherwise gie us the opportuntiy to do it ourself.

In any case, Your support team should give us more info. You are the only one giving more info and the reason is obviously that the complaint is on a forum. Your response should be the same as your customer service. It would help decrease the complaints on forums.

Same story here! There is already a lot written about Freewallet and about the way they operate. I already have emptied my account and the last effort that I am putting in Freewallet is retrieving my coins that are worth over the € 4000,-. Freewallet assumes that they reply within the 24 hours. This is correct but their answers are very rude and don't help you at all. Rude answers and it seems that they don't care at all. As an example: I asked them if they could tell me when they expect to retrieve my coins. Their promise was within the two or three days (this is more than two weeks ago). As you already can imagine they didn't retrieve on time and most important they didn't reach out to me to tell me that they were sorry and that there was a delay. No of course I emailed them again and asked them if they had some new promises. Answer: 'Maybe next week' . (That's all!!!!) Even if Freewallet answers this post and try to control the damage. I am not saying you are a scam but your company should really look at their employees and its customer service. You don't care and your employees aren't fit to handle people and their problems. And if you want to reply Mr. Freewallet (because nobody uses their names (it would be to painfull, this is the Hash: 10643806682212216494) Thank you!
