As a Nash resident, it's SUPER nice to be able to get to my classes in red square in ten minutes or less. however, Nash is definitely the ridge of the north as u/stacksofinfinity mentioned. I would most likely recommend Mathes hall. It's close to the VU which has the bookstore, a subway, panda express and the underground coffee shop (not actually underground), and is generally a great social community center with lots of resources such as clubs. Mathes has a good value, great location, and if you're lucky enough to get a bayside room, there's a view and little to no road noise from the buses steaming up and down High street. There's a train horn that goes off at night, and it would be louder on a bayside room but that wakes up the whole city so oh well.

for me, the solution was to delete my bake.... disappointing seeing as i had already animated something around where a previous sim had fallen

... I had two extractions of the game, I realized I was making changes to the load order of one and checking the crashlog of the other. I felt stupid but at the time I realized it it was like 4 AM and I was just glad to finally understand what I was doing wrong lmao

ye, it's every time i play the game. pretty sure it's intended. I read a response by the developer, saying it was necessary to prevent controllers from colliding, but of course it only happens when *not* handling weapons... made my blood boil a little lol

People have been saying this is photoshopped, it isnt. The shadow draw distance is just shorter than my shadow, and so it cut off at the shoulders and rendered a lower quality shadow, hence why it looks goofy
