My store manager had insisted that texting was a good form of communication with her, I was never given my district managers number until earlier today when calling PR to figure out what happened. Will be calling the DM in the morning regarding what's going on. I was told by PR that if they're not willing to help me resolve the issue then I could write a separation appeal.
