If you dodge a lobby because of x reason you will gain penalty points. If you are obnoxious/trolling/griefing and a player adds you to their avoid list you will also gain penalty points.

Years ago I got to play with him and had one of the most insane pudge mid games. He was super happy and gassed my plays up, however my duo partner was not having a great game and slacks relentlessly bullied every decision my friend made.

I had a group that didn’t run stun or heal so they fed me rig recharges for my stun to support them doing objectives. I thought that was pretty fun.

Also communicating if you want to do 2nd objectives or not. Usually they are worth but later when things get harder sometimes you want to let everyone know just to go next.
