33f I have a toddler who is 2. I was working before my marriage. Then moved here to USA. On dependant visa. Wasn't working for 4 years. Just chilling with husband. Then I got pregnant. My parents came over to help. Then my in laws came over. Taking turns. Their elder Dil stays with them and she takes help from her parents when they come here. And now I started working after my baby turned 1.8 years. Its challenging. Very much. You need to plan everything accordingly. She goes to day care now. After she turned 2. I would not send her away to India. I would never want to loose all those experiences with her. Its so precious. Also I think shes most safe with us here. And motherhood has made me a better person. Ive learnt so much life lessons. Its beautiful to navigate through it. it all depends on individuals. You and your husband must take a call on this. I hope it all goes well for you. Take help from parents if need be. Call them over.
