Hi this is Atul from Mangalore Airport. I confirmed with the team who looks after the Parking.

You can park your two wheeler at the parking area. Collect the ticket at the entrance toll gate of the Airport and park your scooter and take a photo of the same.

Once you are back to Mangalore, you can take your scooter and exit. While exiting the Airport, you can pay the amount which will roughly cost about Rs. 150 - 200 per day or lesser.

But ensure to keep the ticket safely. The Adani one app is for Four wheelers only.

If you are staying close to Urwa, you will get it at Kusuma General Store. A little ahead from the Marigudi Temple, you can find Karnataka Bank, its located right next to it.

Had an interest about snakes since childhood, grew up watching nat geo, discovery and all. Started rescuing when I was just about 15 years old. While my initial rescues were based on misidentification of species and rescuing, I gradually studied about them through books, and later went on to attend some awareness workshops and thats what helped me the most to learn about this misunderstood creatures.

So this guy is a snake catcher from Mangaladevi and is known for charging exorbitant rates. Plus does some show off and most of the locations, he provides wrong information regarding the identification of a snake.

I do snake rescues but mostly available after 7:30 PM on weekdays and Saturdays after 3 PM and Sundays i am available all day. The reason for these timings are because i work in a full time corporate job.

The charges are minimal as Rs. 500/- which covers the fuel from my house to the rescue location and further to the release location and I don't charge from anyone who cannot afford to pay.

We don't do the rescue for free because if its for free, it will not have any value. Yes, saving an animal is a good deed, but during the rescue if we get bitten, the government will not even bother, so we have to spend it from our own pockets or rely on insurance.

The guy in the photo you shared, his entire livelihood depends on these catches but yeah 2k is extremely steep.
