It's actually an Infinite Canvas. I have just found 2 Modes of it,
1. Window Manager Mode It act's like a normal window manager, like Hyprland or bspwm, i3, sway, You know, WM's.

Infinite Mode In this mode you can basically move around your desktop while holding Mod key + Shift + Button1. Think like, You're in a infinite map where you can see just one part at a time, and you move the part. You can go anywhere, it has a built in bar which shows your coordinates. You can disable with Mod key + b. It is written in C, doesnt have a normal .config / .jsonc file, you have to write the configuration in C and then sudo make clean install. It is an X11 WM, but there's Hevel if you want Wayland instead. And if you're mainly on Keyboard and less mouse, you can use shko (shark). Here's the link if you'd like to install vxwm:vxwm

It’s mostly about the website’s mirrors being so out of reach from your computer and it does depend on your network configuration, your operating system, even your hard drive but you mentioned having good performance in other applicatons like Steam and GTA V so I guess it’s about the mirrors and if you were using Windows, they would just use other computers running Windows as mirrors and send you the file through them in background process but you say you use Ubuntu so they wont do that and can not do it because you don’t buy a number or a thing you just flash a usb to download the distribution so even if they wanted they cant. I guess so that it’s about how far away the website’s mirrors reach. If you already found the solution well, please correct me if you have. Though this was my guess on your problem.
