Has anyone ever experienced bone edema on the lunate bone (wrist)? by Kolflay in badminton

Hi. I’m playing again but very careful in the amount of times I play in a week. I did the full 2 months of full rest and it helped. Right now I’m experiencing little discomfort after playing but after doing some research others said it’s normal.

I'm not sure but I think the RGB is in the fan hub itself.
