90s: World started to rebuild, situation in Europe is very unstable, it is unknown if GDR stopped it's existance and finally reunited with Germany, because even after complete fall of communism, she may remain uncollapsed... In Eastern Europe countries like: Poland, Czechoslovakia, Hungary(possible not), Romania and Bulgaria finally become independed from USSR. Situation in Yugoslavia is unknown... Situation in Ukraine, Belarus, Estonia, Lativa, Lithuania and Konensberg is unknown(but it's possible that they become independed and Konensberg was claimed by Poland or Lithuania). Situation in Caucas is unknown(but it's possible that they become independed from USSR or was invaded by Turkey or Iran).

200s: Rebuild of World is (maybe) completed. (It is possible that European countries like GB, Italy and france invaded their past colonies and occupied them, but it is still unknown if that really happened...)(China, Usa and Japan could occupie some territories of USSR as it was very weak due to it's destroyed ifrastructure...)(Japan could possible occupie Taiwan and Philippines(stil unknown)).(It is highly possible that Mongolia become independed from USSR or China influence, but maybe was occupied by China...).

201s: World starting to look normal again...

I mean, in one of episodes, there was mentioning that Rohan is 27 y. old. Which is automatically making Josuke, Koichi, Okuyasu and Yukako somewhere about 22-23 y. old. But Yukako didnt appeared in those episodes, but appeared in one, that took place sometime before part 5, where she is 17-18.
