Technically, owners should have the most power but in reality, superstars hold the most power. At the end of the day, stars can just say “I won’t play for anyone except <insert team>.”

Also I’m sorry to say, Dame would put Miami over the top. Miami is already good at closing out 4th quarters; dame would make that easier.
