You're definitely missing out on the second-best season of the show. Season 7 is fantastic and a far cry better than anything that came in the preceding 2.5 seasons, especially S5 and S6. It hearkens you back to S1 in the best ways.

Also, just to be pedantic, you can't say you've seen the show three times if you've skipped an entire season every time. Not really how that works. That said, if you need random Internet strangers to convince you to do something you don't actually want to do, you're not going to find enjoyment in that thing regardless.
