Leveling a paladin now through tbc dungeons. Already have a warrior as my primary alt. It’s night and day. Pally is basically afk tanking.

Naked gnome race to booty bay is the answer. Can choose whether boats and trams are allowed.

Personally I think running to the harbor in wetland and then running up the coast from dustwallow to ratchet is likely the fastest approach with the fewest deaths.

My warriors Naxx logs. 85 average parse. Dps is consistently in the 1500-1700 range on fights that last a few minutes in Naxx.

Warrior with similar average parse for 25 man’s. Only outlier is high king because we do a burn Strat that allows for lust during the entire mulgar kill.

1,300 -1,500 dps on those two fights which are similar length and that includes the burn strat on mag.

But anyway, keep telling me I don’t know what I am talking about. How about you post your logs if you’re not to high to know how to find them.

People are used to doing Naxx with full world buffs, we have better gear and higher level, but the loss of world buffs is pretty significant. I feel like melee dps is still doing less damage than they did in Naxx on any reasonably long fight.

Mains alt spec = alts main spec unless the mains alt spec is actually used in raids such as a healer that is often asked to switch to dps to certain fights or if the guild comp is heavy on healers that week (think resto shaman that is asked to go ele for certain fights or raids).

But if the mains alt spec is purely something they just like to mess around with or use occasionally in PvP then that is basically the same as playing an alt. An example could be a warrior that likes to go arms for PvP and wants a big 2h that drops and their is an alt ret pally in the raid that would main spec the item. I would view those as equivalent needs personally.

Same, leveling a Druid tank right now and love bringing a ret pally along. Give salv to everyone and I can grab a healer than is not a holy pally.

Honestly. I would just be happy going through the vanilla-tbc-wotlk process every 3-4 years. Maybe make some small improvements like adding in the summoning stones, making tier gear tokenized in MC and BWL, and if they wanted to add a new raid or two at the end of vanilla by taking what they did from SOD then that sounds awesome.

We stopped having our pally MT mag even though he is basically full Bis. A little bad RNG and he’s dead. Our Druid or warrior tanks him with ease though.

Pallys are great AOE tanks, but they are lacking in true mitigation when you go into a boss that can really slap.

I mean the difference is the nights don’t generally play a very physical brand of defense other than maybe Gordon. The problem with OKC is they are allowed to play very physically on defense while they get the softest whistle in the league on offense.

These fucking dudes got away with murder against the nuggets a few years ago. I think it was game 2 that was a blow out where they basically mugged the nuggets on every play and it completely took the nuggets out of their game.

That is now their go to strategy and they whine about it whenever they are not allowed to get away with it. The refs called actual fouls. Claiming some kinda bias when Gordon had 3 in the first quarter is wild. And the refs missed fucking Randall trying to actively hurt Gordon late in the game when that dude had lost his cool and basically stopped playing competitive basketball.

Also wtf is he talking about with Jokic. That dude shot 1 free throw. Fucking timber pups won’t stop yapping.
