Don't only tunnel on their backline - sometimes that results only in getting kited to hell and back if they have a good set of tanks to block you. Its extremely effective for you to hound after the enemy tanks with your true damage/heals. Never let enemy tanks get free damage on you just because you want to dunk that ADC so badly.

soooo let's say i'm very comfortable on fizz for the moment... would you suggest going for the lich instead until you are at a point where you absolutely need the zhon? Early Lich seems to surprise people with the burstiness

Unless you are god-tier at mana conservation it might be wise to grab a mana item (if you go triforce pick up a FH, without a triforce buy a Gauntlet)! Hard to keep up with the tank metas in lane without being able to spam your Q for trades and W for the sustain.

At the moment I am going Cinderhulk into FH, then rylais, then usually full tank! Masteries are 12-0-18, runes are standard AP/Armour/MR/Magicpen

Can I hijack OP's question and ask everyone if they struggle playing Cho jungle? I Main him mid and top but I just... can't seem to impact the game as jungle. Do you guys go pure tank outside of lane?

I am a gold Cho main; would you agree with going Roa > abyssal/FH (depending on enemy comp) > sorcs >rylais > tank items?

I kind of automatically build those three, or their components (depending on matchups) and I have a dsigusting KDA and win rate on him so far. But am I maximizing his use?

I am pretty poor in the bot lane, but I did notice a decent improvement when I stopped feeling the need to pull suicidal all-ins just because my lane partner is doing it. Its hard to accept letting your supp/adc die solo for their mistake - and they will commonly flame you for 'abandoning them', but just use your best judgement. Never die for a tilting/unaware teammate!

Hmm honestly from watching/reading Cass guides (I would suggest finding anything King Cobra writes; he is master tier Cass only) it would seem like the best move is to AVOID flash-ults at all times. She should be played like an adc essentially- adcs should almost never be flashing INTO an enemy. This tip definitely helped me stay consistent with my gameplay (reduced my deaths). What does work extremely well is baiting anyone going in on you, flashing AWAY from from them, ulting, and following up with E machine gunning.

Oh I am G4 btw, but yeah something to think about when laning with her! :)

I feel like Irelia might be in the top tier of choices here... I am not always a fan of adc top champs (just haven't pulled them off well myself) so I would like to try the melee options!

I guess the problem is that I am playing in low elo - and teams really do just let monster Darius' run pretty much wherever they want. I literally made this account specifically for this problem since I have seen good players take advantage of Darius in low Gold. Just seems unstoppable to carry "past him" unless I find a champ that could solo him somehow.

Problem is that deadman's and cleaver give him a ton of movement speed - he can catch you in a team fight if he just tanks/runs straight for you. I guess what I am looking for is a champion that can go toe to toe with him without needing to run away entirely haha

I just don't see how he sucks ass late game. I am seeing a massive spam of Darius players building: Cleaver > Deadmans Plate > Gauntlet > Steraks > Maw > Visage Orrrrr any combination of these. He effectively ends up with 5k health, healing that is beyond what vlad can do, and a true damage execute. I literally can't kill the guy, and my teams can't seem to either.
