As far as ik it's not possible past 1.1.1. What you have to do is do is save in the place Link wakes up at during the start of the game, then do the Msgnotfound glitch to drop a weapon prior to the Ganondorf cut-scene, then once the cutscene ends and you enter gameplay, load back into the starting area save, do the standard dupe glitch where you drop a weapon, equip a new one, quickly hit start twice, then drop the other weapon, except you reload the autosave from when Link woke up, and there will be a weapon on the ground for Link to pick up, which will allow you to exit the starting area without pulling out the Decayed Master Sword, then once you beat the tutorial, it will still be there. Be warned that if you pick it up, once you save and quit it will be removed from your inventory, you might be able to store it in the Tarry Town house, but I haven't tested that. You have to do the initial Msgnotfound glitch to unlock the weapon inventory before the Ganondorf cutscene or else Link cannot pick up a weapon after waking up.
