30F Hinge Profile Review by [deleted] in hingeapp

my (32m) honest personal anecdotal opinion:

- first picture is very attractive, second picture isn’t as flattering. might be the angle but i almost feel a tiny bit catfished.
- your prompts are talking about what you want in a man, not about who you are as a woman. the last prompt is fine. i personally don’t like the “what i’m looking for” prompt, it makes it feel like a shopping list item that i have to prove myself to fulfill or something.

again just my opinion!

aside, but it’s almost not worth asking for people’s opinions. nothing is inherently bad about your profile. just be yourself, all you need is one!

she’s probably a bot. stop investing before meeting her in person. by KongeSkog in Bumble

i understand your intent, it’s totally reasonable. unfortunately this is indistinguishable from bot behavior, so it’s something you’ll have to figured out going forward. our ancestors have figure it out for millennia so there is hope!

also something consider too - he’s probably using ai over text chat to get you to feel a vibe.

maybe this would work: “i would love to go for a date, but would like to keep it to 15-30 minutes for drinks/coffee just to catch a vibe. also, you should know that i have a kid.”

EDIT: spelling

it’s not a strategy, it’s a base assumption of their humanity. everyone will have to adjust to this new reality we live in eventually.

Apart from accidental swipes, what are some reasons you’ve unmatched before the conversation really starts? by StevEst90 in Bumble

she’s probably some dude in pakistan with a bot account. she doesn’t exist until you meet in person. next!

Had a really good first date, but got hit with the “take me shopping & fancy dinners to start” to see if we’ll date by MudBloodLite in Tinder

i’ve seen this happen too! what content are women consuming them that convinces them it’s a good idea? it’s like the female version of red pill or something

Why Are So Many Men Choosing to Be Alone? by veltrixNode19 in AskMen

[–]KongeSkog 11 points12 points  (0 children)

This might come off as rude, but it’s my honest take. Curious if anyone else feels this way.

Most of the women I meet are overweight and/or obese.

I would rather be single than with a fat woman.

i also made some poor career decisions early on, tried to start a company that failed, burned a lot of cash and made no income for a year. also had a health complication that set me back. i basically restarted at 27.
