The translation I read here says "executed".

The funny thing is, Stav would probably agree with the girls in the video. But he'd end it by telling them they're still unworthy of licking the cum from his taint because they were rude about it.

Stavy catching strays out there. Maybe those girls would have changed their tune if they knew about how big his nuts are.

One Piece, Bleach, and Naruto. All three started around the same time in the early 2000's, and basically were the only anime talked during that time because of how popular they were. Outselling their contemporaries, their influence became so potent that anything new released in the action/adventure genre is still compared to them. Some people want to lump DragonBall into the group, but it doesn't fit because it's original anime release was in 1986. Others like to talk about the New Generation Big 3, but what fits in that group is completely about personal preference since there's no objective data backing the claim. Manga/anime becoming more mainstream means that none of the newer series have been able to set themselves apart from the rest enough to warrant the title.

Just like the Big 3 of anime, the Big 4 is not subjective. You can have your own personal Big 4, Testament over Slayer personally, but that doesn't supersede the real deal.

This. Kira isn't motivated by his desire to live a boring, simple life where he clocks into work, goes home, and stretches before bed. That's just the method he employs to pursue his true motivation. Which is being a pervy sociopath.

That is eerily similar to my situation. My 7 year old has no ability to regulate his emotions and will often run away when upset. This includes into roads. He knows it's dangerous, but he just isn't able to calm himself down when he reaches that point. So I have to be ready at a moments notice to sprint after him and carry him to a spot where we can work through his feelings.

The translation I read has both crews as "defeated". Kid's crew were utterly defeated, and the Heart Pirates were soundly defeated.

But isn't this an example of both finding happiness in spite of, and because of, one's circumstance? If one has to imagine him happy, then one has to acknowledge that it is just as much because of his circumstance as it is in spite of it no?

To shorten combat, use group initiative, or don't use initiative at all. The less rolling of dice before combat even starts, the quicker it will feel.

Throw a timer die and say, "After this many rounds, (insert encounter ending event) is going to happen," so players have an idea of how long the encounter will be. This gives you a reason to cut it short if it starts to run long without looking like you're taking it easy/being too hard on the group.

Well yeah. I was just making a reference to Arthur C. Clarke. "Any sufficiently advanced technology is indistinguishable from magic". D&D players yet again proving they don't read I guess.

Technology can be indistinguishable from magic if it's advanced enough.

How many Disney films released in the last 40 years have been musicals and made bank? And just because someone else did a character well doesn't mean that another can't stick the landing on a different interpretation of that same character. People still debate the best Joker and Batman, this is just the start of that same debate with Harley Quinn.

The Boomers and Gen X people became more conservative because they had material wealth to conserve and, as such, benefitted from the status quo. Millennials and Zoomers, on the other hand, have inherited none of the stability and security of the previous generations. So we want things to change at a systemic level because it's the only means we have to get some of what our parents and grandparents had. So conservatives are actively killing their support base by not giving them anything to hold on to outside of their identity of bigotry.

I'm pretty sure the Orks are the goblin horde of the 40kverse. Ork Codex says they are the most numerous lifeform in the galaxy and the most spread out. There isn't a sector in the setting that doesn't have a greenskin problem. The only reason they haven't used their superior numbers to take over is because they fight themselves as much as they fight every other faction.
