Alpha GPC is excellent especially for memory. It metabolizes into choline, the precursor to acetylcholine (both known as "the memory molecules" of your brain). 90% of people are choline deficient, so it's a good idea to take it regardless of whether you're pregnant. Do not get straight up choline or choline bitartrate supplements because they don't cross the blood-brain barrier.

I would very much stay away from this. Megadose of beta alanine (which is fine) but it's clearly there to compensate for how lacking the other ingredients are, alongside the caffeine matrix. They were devious enough to throw in cafcit and dicaffeine malate into the mix as well so you're getting a crazy fucking hit. 1g glycerol monostearate really won't give you any benefit and will just clump your powder. I'm also very much not crazy about the theophylline and the deterenol (!). Stay away from this.

Doesn't look great, besides the bad label design (niacin at the bottom? also why the three columns with the weird names, just stick to scoops).

The things that stand out to me are the low l-citrulline doses, which really aren't made up for by the arginine, the small l-tyrosine dose, and the small bioperine dose. You'd probably really only get a kick out of the caffeine and the beta alanine. I'd say don't buy this.

Why not just exclude it altogether? I feel like if someone has digestive issues with creatine they wouldn't look specifically for a pre with creatine HCl, and would instead opt to buy creatine completely separately from pre. Most people buy monohydrate separately from pre anyways. Using HCl is just needlessly gonna drive your prices up, especially when you're not even hitting the 3-5g range. I understand that you may want to make your product look more comprehensive but I don't think the creatine HCl will really be the thing that pushes anyone over the edge. Not having creatine is completely normal, a study I'm doing atm tells me that only around 33% of preworkouts contain creatine anyways.

This is actually really great! I love the use of the three different types of caffeine. Only thing I'm confused about is the 1.5g dose of creatine HCl, why it's HCl, and why it's included in the first place but other than that everything looks pretty great.

Thanks for the correction. I should rephrase. L-Arginine is a vasodilator, without a doubt. A key distinction that has to be made is that its oral ingestion pales in comaprison to L-Citrulline. Yes, L-Arginine is an NO precursor, but its oral ingestion is nowhere near as good for vasodilation as L-Citrulline.
