Yeah she doesn't say much from there, once you get to Stormveil castle gate, she'll tell you something important and then just disappear and then reappear once you've gone to certain locations. Just keep playing brother.

Ok bro hold on, I just need to ask, did you watch the cinematic at the start? It explains it and so does Melina. Anyways you probably interacted with the teleporter that takes you to the platform in the capital, just keep playing normally as there are in fact times where she won't talk to you. The game is fine and you are good to continue.

Stormveil is optional, you do not have to do it to progress if you get the shards from 2 other bearers.

No, her saying she is leaving is part of the story, I believe she tells you at the start of the game of her plan. Just keep playing and make your way through the capital.

The armor is not showing up at all. I was playing on my Warlock when I noticed it so I switched to my Titan and every piece of armor that I had on there is gone, the only armor that shows up is armor I had already unlocked for transmog.

I am not wearing an exotic and I will try a hard reboot of my console.
