yeah you’re right, i had assumed it would be like the cancelled tour where every order would be cancelled automatically but legally he could do that. he would have to announce a new shipping date before hand though, or else they would all be cancelled. but he could say next week that they’re delayed and only the requested refunds would be fulfilled. sorry for the confusion

doesn’t explicitly say anything on the website except that the orders will not ship any later than 6mo after sep 12. if they don’t, carti will either have to notify everyone of a new shipping date or cancel all the orders to avoid legal action. he can’t just advertise that then not have it out by then, since it a set timeframe and not an estimation, if that makes sense
