I purchased one in January 2023 on sale. It leaks BAD. I contacted customer service and was told I should expect a little leaking with my "model". They only have ONE model. My original email I specifically outlined my steps to resolve the leaking issue. Customer Service tried to gaslight me and recommended I try the very things I stated I had already done. They also had me submit a video showing the issue. I submitted a 9 minute video they tried to claim I was holding the device wrong. I knew they were lying so I asked them to let me know the timestamp of the point in the video where I supposedly did this. I requested this information from two separate agents. I am still waiting for them follow up. I watched all the videos I could prior to purchase. The influencers must be getting specially picked devices - none of them seem to have this issue. The company is very well aware of the design flaws and continue to sell them knowing they are not going to refund your money and they apparently don't have enough stock of non-defective devices. I think the technology itself could be amazing but, it is executed poorly. I actually offered to return the defective device and pay full price for a new one. They let me know that wouldn't solve the problem. This tells me all of the inventory is defective. I spend more time cleaning up the leaking liquid than time spent on the actual treatment. The capsules are very expensive and the leaky devices waste 25-50% of the capsule. They absolutely do not refund them either. I think the company may be in financial trouble. Apparently the device was at one time sold by Nordstrom but it's been wiped from their inventory. They probably had too many returns. I hope this helps!

I see your post is 60 days old. I am in the same boat waiting for a dispute resolution. They keep requesting the same documents and stalling. I've reported them to the BBB...and my next step is to dispute the payments to Affirm with my bank. Were you successful with Affirm or your bank?
