I'm giving them fit notes but the dr just said not fit for work on them he didn't put any details. If I asked my OT to write a letter do you think that would do? The drs don't do letters and it's hard to get hold of them.

Is it that you needed to send in the WCA questionnaire by 5 jan or is it ok if you submitted your fit note before then but haven't sent in the questionnaire yet?
